Our Planning Approach

We combine intentional planning, trusted vendor relationships, and steady event-day leadership to ensure every detail works together seamlessly. From early logistics to the final moments of celebration, our role is to manage the moving pieces so you can be fully present with the people you’re celebrating with.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Beginning approximately 60 days from your event Ideal for those who have planned most of their event but want a professional to step in and manage the final details. Beginning approximately eight weeks before your event, we take the lead in organizing timelines, confirming vendors, and ensuring everything you’ve planned comes together seamlessly. This service includes: • Review of vendor contracts and event plans • Vendor confirmations and coordination leading up to the event • Creation of a detailed event-day timeline • Floor plan review and final logistics planning • Final venue walkthrough (when applicable) • Rehearsal Coordination (when applicable) • Coordination of key participants and program flow • Lead planner and assistant (when applicable) on event day • Full oversight of vendor arrivals, timeline execution, and event flow On the day of your event, we manage the logistics behind the scenes so you can focus on hosting, celebrating, and being fully present with your guests.

PARTIAL PLANNING

Beginning approximately 6 months from your event. . . . Ideal for those who would like guidance and support throughout the planning process while still remaining involved in key decisions. Beginning approximately six months before your event, we take the lead in refining details, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every element of your event works together seamlessly. This service provides structured support throughout the final planning stages, including: • Planning guidance and timeline development • Vendor recommendations and coordination • Review of contracts and event logistics • Budget and planning support • Floor plan and event layout planning • Final venue walkthrough (when applicable) • Coordination of key participants and program flow • Lead planner and assistant on event day • Full event-day management and execution This service ensures your event is thoughtfully planned and professionally managed from the mid way to final planning stages through the celebration itself.
